Terms of Service

Read these terms before you place an order. They define what you get, when you get it, and what we both agree to uphold.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any work begins. No files, designs, or development tasks are started until payment is confirmed in our account—no exceptions.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other digital methods. Payment confirmation is sent via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Project Timelines

Delivery windows are based on project scope agreed at the time of purchase. Timelines are estimates, not hard guarantees—scope changes or client delays extend the window accordingly.

If we request content, feedback, or approvals from you and do not receive a response within five business days, the project clock pauses until you respond.

Acceptable Use & Misuse

Delivered websites, automations, and AI systems are licensed for your business use only. Reselling, redistributing, or white-labelling any deliverable without written permission voids your support agreement immediately.

Using any ScaleNet-built system for unlawful activity, spam, or harassment terminates all service obligations on our side without refund.

Scope & Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work requested outside the agreed scope—additional pages, new features, or integrations not listed at purchase—is billed separately.

Scope changes requested after development begins may affect both the timeline and the total cost. We will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
