Scope is agreed upfront. Refunds follow a simple two-stage rule—before work starts, or after. No surprises.

• Before work begins

Partial refund available

Cancellation before project kickoff: a partial refund (minus any administrative costs) is processed within 7 business days.

If you cancel before we begin any work, a partial refund is issued. No questions asked—just let us know promptly.

Once work has started—design, development, or automation setup—no refund is issued. Work-in-progress is non-refundable.

• After work starts

After final delivery and sign-off, no refund applies. The project scope is locked at kickoff to prevent disputes.

No refund once started

Refund requests must be sent in writing to vaibhavpawale6051@gmail.com. Verbal or WhatsApp requests are not binding.

Once the project is underway, no refund is issued. Completed deliverables are non-refundable regardless of stage.
